The NT 14/1 is designed to skillfully maneuver varied terrain and climb steps with ease. You can operate the vacuum on the wheeled cart or separate it to clean high or hard to reach areas. The large power switch can be toggled on/off by foot and the top of the unit can be used as a seat or toolbox carrier, especially designed to work with the optional Systainer box system. The NT 14/1 also allows you to work for longer intervals between filter changes by using a flat, pleated filter, making it easier and less messy to change. A semi-automatic filter shaker permits you to keep the vacuuming power at a consistently high level while you clean. Additionally, Karchers fleece filter bags collect up to twice the amount of dust as typical paper bags and keep the suction power more constant.
